Marketing your property

Here is the section where we should be telling you that we advertise on websites, create brochures and drive around in branded cars.
But we’re not going to. Most agents in the area will tell you that if you chose to call them.

The bottom line is you want to know that we’re going to get the best price for your property and make your transaction as smooth as possible. At Oliver Jaques, we operate very differently. More than half of our business comes from repeat business and recommendations so we can’t afford to get this wrong.

You see, we don’t advertise ourselves. You won’t see our names emblazoned down the sides of busses or on billboards around town. Instead, we focus our marketing budget on advertising YOUR property. This means we are able to advertise on MORE web portals than many other agents:

Yes, we’re on RightMove, OnTheMarket and GetAnAgent amongst others, but we’re also on Zoopla & PrimeLocation (and you’d be amazed which agents have dropped these two to save costs). You’ll even be able to find your property through the pages of the Evening Standard and Homes & Property websites. It also means we can provide MORE marketing material for your property such as virtual walk through's and teaser videos.

But advertising is only part of our job

The real secret to our success is our people. The majority of our staff have been at Oliver Jaques for many years, in their current roles, in their current branches. This means they have become focal points in the community and clients have returned time after time and dealt with the same faces. Our low staff turnover means that everyone is now a member of ARLA or NAEA. In addition, we are able to train all of our people thoroughly enough for them to know WHO will buy your property, WHY they will buy your property and HOW to effectively sell your property to them.
